Ocuco entered the UK market in 1999, introducing the first comprehensive integrated retail and paperless clinical solution. Ocuco was the first to integrate such concepts as a medical audit trail and the data security problems presented by clinical data. Based on an Oracle database, we also introduced the first Enterprise system to the market, allowing multiple practices can be managed centrally.

Opening originally in Crowthorne, Berkshire with our flagship products, Acuitas and Innovations, Ocuco subsequently acquired Relcon in 2006 which added Focus and Labman to the product portfolio. Ocuco now has 20 staff in the UK between our Cardiff and Chipping-Norton offices.

Ocuco is now the second largest optical retail software company in the world and has offices in the UK, USA, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Ireland and Australia.
